New Zealand UMF Manuka Honey and Strawberry Smoothie Recipe Serves 1 very generously
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons New Zealand UMF Manuka Honey plus more for decoration
- 1 Cup natural yoghurt
- 1/2 Cup apple juice or other fruit juice
- 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 Cup ice cubes
Method:
- Pulse all ingredients together in a blender until just combined.
- Using a spoon, drizzle a swirl of New Zealand UMF Manuka Honey up around the sides of a chilled glass in a spiral pattern.
- Gently pour in the smoothie, being careful not to disturb the decorative honey, and enjoy!
